Welcome to ROA. By purchasing our motorcycle luggage solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Specifications and Customization

  • Handcrafted Nature: As our motorcycle cases are produced with specific craftsmanship, slight variations in finish may occur. These do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product.

  • Compatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen product is compatible with their specific motorcycle model. We provide mounting instructions and specifications; please verify these before purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Custom Orders: For custom-made boxes, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Lead Times: Since many of our products are made to order, please allow 7-14 business days for production. Shipping times are additional to production lead times.

  • Customs/Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival in their country.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard Products: You may return unused products in their original packaging within [14/30] days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customized Items: Items custom-built to your specifications are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

5. Limited Warranty

  • We offer a 2 -year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Damage caused by improper installation.

    • Damage resulting from accidents, crashes, or overloading beyond the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.

    • Unauthorized modifications.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. ROA  is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Installation: We strongly recommend that all mounting hardware be checked periodically for tightness. If you are unsure about the installation process, please consult a professional mechanic.

All designs, technical drawings, and content on this website are the property of ROA and may not be reproduced without written consent.
